About Us:

St. Davids originated in the eastern Pennsylvania town of that name, as a ministry of the American Baptist Churches. But the St. Davids Christian Writers' Association is now an independent, nonprofit, interdenominational organization.

As such, we welcome believers from all branches of the Christian family, as well as conscientious writers from other walks of life who are interested in making the most of their talents.

Theme: Joy in the Journey

We are journeying unto the place of which the LORD said, I will give it you: come thou with us, and we will do thee good.

Numbers 10:29

In his song, "Joy in the Journey," Michael Card writes that "there is a wonder and wildness to life, and freedom for those who obey." The St. Davids Writers' Conference has journeyed far in the past 50 years. But we joyfully look forward to the wonders we know God still has in store.

We can offer you:

Grove City College chapel door"My experience," one conferee notes of the 2007 conference, "was not only educational but also transforming. The excellence of the entire conference allowed God to move with liberty, free of distraction or hindrance."
