Please Note:

We accept late and at-the-door registrations from commuters. Room and board for those wishing to stay on campus, however, is not guaranteed after June 1.

Anyone wishing to reserve a room after that date should contact the registrar to see if one is available. If not, she can provide the names and numbers of area hotels. (If rooms are still available at conference time, we will charge an additional $25 for on-site registration.)

Note: Because of financial arrangements with Grove City College, we can't reim- burse conferees for cancel- lations received after June 9.

PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION.

    Our registration deadline is June 1. Please do not fill out this form until you are prepared to send at least a $100 deposit, either by Paypal, credit card, or check.

    When you are ready to register, enter the information requested into the spaces provided, and click "Send E-mail" to forward it to our registrar.

    The page that comes up next will allow you to pay by Paypal, either a $100 deposit or the complete amount due. If you chose "pay by check" or "pay by credit card" instead, please wait until you receive your invoice to send payment. The "pay by credit card" option is only available from March to June.

    Within a few days of your registration being submitted, you will receive an e-mail invoice or receipt. At that point, if you haven't already paid by Paypal, you may follow the link on the invoice to pay by credit card through Intuit. Or you can print off a copy of the invoice and mail it, along with your check or money order, to our treasurer at the address provided.

    Payment is due within 14 days of your receiving the invoice. If you pay in full before May 15, you will receive a $10 discount. If you are not paid in full by June 1, a late fee of $25 will be added to your bill.

    After we receive your registration, conference information will be e-mailed to you as PDF files. If you can't open PDF files, please mention that in the "comments" box below. Thanks!
